Rising alt-pop artist Chloe Star released her latest single, Wasted Youth, back in March. The song showcases Chloe at her most raw and vulnerable as she candidly opens up about the three months she spent at a wilderness treatment program when she was 16. Wasted Youth opens with a catchy distorted guitar riff before exploding into a thrilling, full tilt rock and roll anthem. Chloe's music shamelessly blends elements of pop, rock, and punk into a catchy sound that is wholly her own.

The music video for the song is out today, executive produced by Chloe herself and 68 Charles Productions, produced by Jake Carter, and directed by Alicia Becker. The video paints a heart-wrenching, complicated, and powerful picture of the "troubled teen industry", based on Chloe's real life experience.

About the video, Chloe says; "The 'Wasted Youth' music video is a raw look at what happened to me when I was 16 years old. I'm so excited to share my story with the world and I hope it can bring awareness to the 'troubled teen industry' by showing the residual trauma I experience. I'm so grateful that I'm still here to be able to share my story."
