YOUR ANGEL is the project of LA-based singer, songwriter and producer Maddy Boyd. Her new single Good Girl is from her forthcoming album A Star in the Headlights, out March 17th.
Good Girl has a bit of a darker sound to it, pairing sultry, sparse production with lush synths and vocal stack. It's an ethereal and expansive alt-pop gem. YOUR ANGEL says the song is about dating someone who always has their sights set somewhere else. "It's about the feeling of spending all of your time with someone and still feeling profoundly alone," she says.
